After-sales Engineer

To build the industrial world of tomorrow, we have set up subsidiaries in Paderborn, Germany and Los Angeles, the US and several service centers in major cities of India, Pakistan, Serbia.

المسمى الوظيفي:
Provide customers with technical advice and on-site after-sales service.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for equipment installation, debugging, training, and technical services.
- Visit customers regularly, and register visiting information.
- Cooperate with marketing staff to serve customers, providing customers with pre-sale technical support.
- Software installation, test-conducting in a simulated environment of users, user training (tutorial, planning, execution, results-tracking).
مؤهلات:
- Major in mechatronics, automation engineering, or mechanical/electrical engineering.
- With experience in automated CNC machine tools of more than 2 years.
- With experience in the installation, maintenance, diagnose of automated CNC machine tools.
- Familiar with engineering software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- With abilities to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings as well as test equipment.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and remote communication device.
- Excellent skills in oral and written communication.
- Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Research the market in an assigned region and provide feedback to management team to create sales report.
- Explore new business in an assigned region to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Help marketing teams organize trade exhibitions, meetings and other marketing events to promote business growth.
- Work with directors and engineers in parent company to develop strategic plans to achieve sales goals.
- Respond to customer requirements by researching, developing and presenting solutions.
- Boost company product sales.
- Proficient in operating office software.
